Personal Information and other interesting off-field aspects
Troy is currently the goalkeeper coach at Rockhurst University.  He is also served as an assistant coach with FCKC, a professional women’s team in Kansas City. He was formerly the director of coaching and player development with SDB Academy, and served as the assistant coach William Penn University in Iowa.  In addition, Troy coached with Club World Sports in Glasgow, Scotland where he worked with players who were seeking to secure new professional contracts. He also worked with the Patrick Thistle F.C, Thistle Weir Youth Academy in Glasgow as a professional youth coach for the U14 Academy and U18’s.

As an alumni of the 30under30 program with the United Soccer Coaches, Troy was selected as one of the top 15 male coaches in America.

Troy has played professional soccer with the following teams: Greenock Mountain FC in the Scottish Football League 1st Division, Kilmarnock FC in the Scottish Premier League Professional Youth, Heidelberg United FC in Melbourne, Australia, Des Moines Menace in the PDL, Midland/Odessa in the PDL, and St. Luis Lions in the PDL.

Troy played collegiately at Benedictine College, helping lead the Ravens to HAAC Conference and Tournament titles, and a spot in the national tournament (2012). He was named to the All-Conference team in the HAAC.
